If you are unsure of your membership status, please contact Healthy Teen Network. To receive the member rate, your membership must not expire until after 10/4/2017. Non-members receive a complimentary individual membership automatically when registering at the non-member rate. An organizational membership covers the people listed on the original membership form submitted by the organization to Healthy Teen Network. Changes to the names of those holding a membership must be submitted in writing prior to registration. To purchase an organizational membership, fill out the membership form separately at www.healthyteennetwork.org/membership.
Healthy Teen Networks asks that student registrants forward additional information; some type of verification that you are enrolled in a secondary, undergraduate, or graduate degree program for the Fall 2017 semester. A letter from the department chair, enrollment verification, or any documentation with the school’s official seal/emblem is acceptable. This can be forwarded by fax to 410.685.0481 or email.
Healthy Teen Network offers a 15% discounted rate on conference registration for groups three or more. To receive this discount, three or more registrations, at the same level, must be registered from the same agency and pay with the same check or credit card. (For example if three people registered for the Main Conference – Member or Main Conference – Non-Member they would receive the 15% discount.)
Lead Presenter Discount
Lead presenters (one per session) receive a 15% discount on the main conference registration fee and will receive a unique discount code to use when registering. Co-presenters do not receive this discount. Discounts cannot be combined; lead presenters who are registering as part of a group will receive the 15% group discount but not an additional presenter discount.
CEU Offerings and Charges
Healthy Teen Network plans to offer CEU credit for social workers (NASW) and certified health educator specialists (CHES/NCHC). If you would like to receive CEU credits, you must pay the $70 fee at the time of registration. At the conference, you are responsible for completing the attendance form and returning it to the conference registration desk.
Pre-Conference Institutes have limited availability, and enrollment is secured upon registration and payment. Healthy Teen Network cannot guarantee that you will be able to attend the session you choose. If we are unable to fulfill your request, you may choose another session (if available), or we will refund your money.
All payments made by check must be received at the Healthy Teen Network office by 9/15/2017. After that date, you must pay by check or credit card on-site in order to gain admittance to conference areas. Attendees with outstanding balances will be refused admission into conference areas.
All requests for refunds must be made in writing and dated on or before 9/8/2017. An eligible request will entitle the registrant to a full refund less a $50 processing fee. In lieu of requesting a refund, an organization may send someone else in the place of the registrant if the initial registrant is unable to attend and if they notify Healthy Teen Network in writing by 9/22/2017. Membership fees paid at time of registration are not refundable.
Exhibitor Refund Policy
The acceptance and confirmed assignment of space shall be subject to the regulations outlined in the prospectus. All requests for refunds must be made in writing and dated on or before 7/31/2017. An eligible request will entitle the registrant to a full refund less a $50 processing fee. In lieu of requesting a refund, an organization may send someone else in the place of the initial registrant if that registrant is unable to attend and if they notify Healthy Teen Network in writing by 9/22/2017.
