Your username is the email address you used to register with us. Can’t remember which one? Try a password reset with any emails you might have used.

You can reset your password yourself, right away. Follow the prompt on the login page to reset your password.

Check your spam folder. These messages often get filtered, unfortunately.

Still can’t find it? No worries! Your username is the email you used to register for the training. Use your email to request an immediate password reset.

Your Hub access is designed to be unique to you and is based on the trainings you have completed. 

For example, if you’ve completed the facilitator training, but not the virtual version, you will not be able to access the virtual facilitator materials.
