The Design Thinking Playbook
Usability testing can be used to check whether something is working effectively, efficiently, and satisfactorily for the user. The aim is to check and compare the correctness of the assumptions, solutions and concepts made with the user/customer.
Use the Structured Usability Testing tool to run usability tests to evaluate how well a prototype works and identify opportunities for improvement.
