CONFERENCE
We gathered, learned, and grew together in Phoenix.
When we first developed the 2024 conference theme—Rise, Reimagine, and Reinvent—we didn’t know those words would provide comfort and guidance at this moment. But it is how we keep moving forward: no matter what, we keep rising, we keep reimagining, and we continue to reinvent how we help build a world that we want for the future.
For many, this year’s conference was more than a professional gathering—it was a chance to reset, refocus, and reconnect. We forged connections with new colleagues under the desert stars. We reflected on what sets today’s young people apart. And we strained, stretched, and shifted our understanding of innovation so that it colors our everyday work.
Whether it was hearing young people share what they truly need, imagining new approaches to programming, or just celebrating community, it was clear that #HealthyTeen24 was a much-needed moment of light.
