This report shares updated findings from the Power Through Choices impact evaluation, highlighting how the program influences sexual health knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors among young people in systems of care.

Results demonstrate meaningful improvements in communication, condom attitudes, and decision-making, along with reductions in sexual risk behaviors—offering important insights for tailoring effective pregnancy prevention programs for this population.
